Game Highlights - 3/7/10

- Daron Jacobs' goal with 4:48 left to play proves to be the game winner for the Rangers 5-4 over the Redwings.

- Craig Solari and Dave Marani each net a pair of goals in a 7-3 Aeros win over the Grizzlies.

- John Scag's goal and shutout goaltending by Mark Frano help the Stingers to a 1-0 win over the Saints.

- 2 goals each by Jim Smith and Jeff Gauthier help the Mapleleafs to a 5-3 win over the Canadiens.

- Tom Maguire's hat trick leads the way for the Thunder past the Roadrunners 9-4.

- Fred Bickford's goal proves to be the game winner for the Sharks 2-1 over the Whalers.

-- In the SCHL Game of the Week, 2 goals by Mark Kaplan and shutout goaltending by Bob Welch give the Crusaders a 3-0 win over the Toros.

- Backup goaltender Phil Marrandette helps give the Wolves a 5-3 win over the Vipers.

Aeros: S.C.H.L. announces that J. Worrall has been suspended indefinitely.

Grizzlies: Grizzlies welcome K. Jones back to S.C.H.L., R. Murphy moves to the Thunder

Thunder: S.C.H.L. has traded R. Murphy to the Thunder from the Grizzlies.

Mapleleafs: Welcome D. Studley to S.C.H.L. announce J. Parsons is out on the injured list.

Bruins: Bruins announce that G. Sylvester is out injured for the remainder of the session, Bruins welcome S. Anzuoni from the Wolves.

Roster Transactions: January 4, 2010

Crusaders: H.O.F. member S. Blumberg is on the inactive list, Crusaders welcome J. MacPherson back to S.C.H.L.

Sharks: M. Hutchinson did not renew, League Commissioner A. Riccio and S. Lemish are on the injured list. In an effort to play on every Legends Division Team Sharks welcome J. Currie from the Toros. Sharks also welcome B. Joseph and F. Bickford to S.C.H.L.

Toros: B. Conley and M. Sonnabend are on the injured list. J. Goldberg, J. Cronin & J. Thoms did not renew, J. Currie moved to the Sharks. Toros welcome back to the Legends G. Lantz, Toros welcome back to S.C.H.L. T. Creonte and welcome P. Cleary, P. Reynolds, B. Murphy and W. Murphy to S.C.H.L.

Blackhawks: H.O.F. member B. Donahue did not renew, S.C.H.L. has loaned G. Lantz back to the Toros, Blackhawks welcome V. Joyce and B. Drollett from the Thunder

Bruins: No roster changes at this time

Canadiens: No roster changes at this time

Mapleleafs: P. Duggan is out on the injured list.

Redwings: Redwings welcome back T. Bohld from the injured list.

Wolves: D. Lunny did not renew, Wolves welcome B. Connors to S.C.H.L.

Fighting Saints: The Fighting Saints have elected Todd Roach team Captain and T. Shaughnessy and J. McNeill Alternate Captains. Saints announce that R. McClendon is not renewing for this session. S.C.H.L. has moved B. heyner to the Whalers. Saints welcome C. Ryan and T. Oloughlin to S.C.H.L.

Stingers: S.C.H.L. announces the retirement of H.O.F. member and Team Captain T. Shaw. S.C.H.L. appoints P. Tamborella as Team Captain. S.C.H.L. moves A. Smith from the Rangers team to the Stingers.

Whalers. S.C.H.L. moves B. Heyner from the Fighting Saints to the Whalers, J. Dwyer is not playing this session.

Rangers: S.C.H.L. has moved A. Smith to the Stingers. Rangers welcome H.O.F. member H. Gorman back to S.C.H.L.

Aeros: S.C.H.L. moves K. Keane to the Grizzlies, S. Noonan and J. McDonough did not renew. D. Marani and K. Marani have returned to S.C.H.L. Aeros welcome M. Dorsey to S.C.H.L.

Grizzlies: J. McCafferty and H.O.F. member J. Barrett did not renew, C. Mullahy is out injured. J. Shaughnessy has been suspended by S.C.H.L. Grizzlies welcome K. Keane from the Aeros, and welcome to S.C.H.L. C. Sullivan and M. Flaherty.

Roadrunners; D. Laine, G. Figueroa and D. DiLoreto did not renew, Roadrunners welcome J. Flaherty back to S.C.H.L. and welcome B. Maddock and M. Achille to S.C.H.L.

Thunder. S.C.H.L. moves V. Joyce and B. Drollett to the Blackhawks, Thunder welcome back S. Hennessy and welcome M. Bishop to S.C.H.L.

Vipers: Vipers announce that T. Burchill did not renew, Vipers welcome R. Yahoub to S.C.H.L.
